A graduate of McGill University, Lishai also holds a Master of Public Health, Health Promotion and Policy – Community Health Education from the University of Massachusetts.
Passionate about community and the wellbeing of children and youth, Lishai brings a wealth of diverse experience in roles such as Program Coordinator for Shaare Zion Congregation, Health Communication Associate at CommunicateHealth, Communications and Engagement Specialist with the National Newcomer Navigation Network (N4) and Project Coordinator with the Neurodevelopmental Health team at CHEO.
Lishai’s newest role, of mother to a baby boy, has further enhanced her personal and professional commitment to pursuing career opportunities dedicated to bettering the lives of families in Ottawa.
Bringing contagious energy, expertise and belief in the power of collaboration, Lishai looks forward to supporting OCYI’s 80-plus partners, Steering Committee, and Task Groups in the provision of important and accessible programs, services and resources to help all of Ottawa’s children and youth grow up great.
